The industry needs new people. And although the companies have been talking about this for a longer time, the law on expert education which introduces a dual system of education, became functional only a little while ago. Thanks to this system the students will be able to gain new skills in practice alongside the study in classroom. An article in the weekly magazine TREND summarizes the main ideas of each performances presented at TREND conference Firmy & školy 2015 (Companies & Schools 2015). Andrej Hutta, expert for education of EPPP institute, which was the partner of the conference, also expressed his attitude to this theme.

The experts predict that while today there is barely a fifth of firms in Slovakia that have any worker specialized in communication through social networks, in three or four years there will be a half of them.
