Family Business Practice slovenského Amropu spolu so spoločnosťou RSM TACOMA Family Office v piatok 5. 6. 2015 zorganizovala odborný seminár so zaujímavým názvom ...takmer rodinné stretnutie o rodinnom podnikaní. Obaja organizátori v exkluzívnom prostredí Hotela Amade Chateau**** vo Vrakúni vytvorili optimálne podmienky na výmenu odborných vedomostí a osobných skúseností majiteľov (v mnohých prípadoch aj ich nástupcov) rodinných firiem, ktoré v rámci Slovenska dosiahli pozoruhodný úspech. V rámci odborného programu sa prednášajúci venovali napríklad ochrane rodinného majetku, rodinnej ústave a rodinným vzťahom či vytvoreniu a správe rodinného holdingu. Mario Fondati, partner Amropu hovoril o nástupníctve, resp. identifikácii a výchove možného nástupcu a o nastavení vzťahu medzi majiteľom a externým manažérom, kouč Boris Dobiš o odchode majiteľa do roly poradcu a stratéga. Hlavný program pokračoval voľnou diskusiou a stretnutiami v dôvernej atmosfére, pričom úspech podujatia a spokojnosť hostí pozitívne ovplyvnila aj skvelá kuchyňa a možnosti na relax a oddych.
