We again supported the concert Chyťme sa za ruky

Like last years, a consulting company Jenewein Group financially supported the 7th year of the beneficial event Chyťme sa za ruky (Let us hold hands). The event was held on April 24, 2016 at Dom kultúry in Galanta for around six hundred of mentally or otherwise handicapped children from 27 institutions and facilities for people with disabilities from all over western Slovakia. As the representative of the organizer Milan Štefánik said, these children don’t have a chance to participate at any concerts and events – therefore a civic association, which is named after him, yearly organizes the beneficial concert, where the children can actively perform with their program. Several singers and bands, including guests from abroad – Zumba Siddy Leal (France) and from Slovakia – Kristína, Le Payaco, Dara Rolins and Puding Pani Elvisovej, performed at the concert pro bono. Slávo Jurko was the presenter of the program. There were also some other activities prepared such as a Latino dance lessons, painting on canvas and painting on paper with hot wax, basketry and traditional archery. The aim of the event is to support an integration of mentally disabled people into the society and we are pleased again that we have done a little help for it.

Trend: Amrop as an expert partner of Family business series

The family business in Slovakia is gaining its esteem. With the number of companies it is already dominating in the economy and from the perspective of the employee representative it is becoming a serious partner. In order to contribute to the development of this area the magazine Trend ranked the Family business series into its editorial plan and in form of ten continual parts it wants to pay attention to the stories of successful Slovak family businesses and the most up to date topics in the family business area. And therefore the consulting company Amrop Slovakia became one of three expert partners of this project. One of the expert topics from a wide portfolio of Amrop Slovakia processed by competent specialist from Family Business Practice will be part of five continual parts.

Jenewein at the National Run Devín – Bratislava again

Our firm running team actively trains throughout the running season and under the headline Jenewein Group once again participated in National Run Devin – Bratislava. The 69th annual set of this international athletic event designed for all ages and performance categories was held on April 10, 2016. Our team run the Main run with the length of 11,625 meters with the start near the castle Devín and the finish in the city center of Bratislava where waited also fans of current and former employees and external co-employees of the brand Jenewein – Amrop – Fipra – EPPP. Before that our four-member team run 21,098 meter long track in Johnson Controls' relay race as a part of the 11th annual traditional run ČSOB Bratislava Marathon on April 3, 2016.

Youth employment support

After last year's discussions with students of University of Trenčín and University of St. Cyril and Methodius of Trnava, the consulting company Amrop continues to fulfil the aim of the project Youth Employment Support in partnership with Non-profit organization EPIC. Lucia Nacíková, Consultant at Amrop led the Simulator of Job Interviews – specially designed training focused on the successful completion of the job interview and getting the job. The training was made for students of the fifth class of the Faculty of National Economy at the University of Economics in Bratislava on April 7, 2016. This voluntary activity of Amrop helps to increase young people's readiness to respond to current requirements of potential employers and to facilitate labour market entry.

Coffee time with Amrop in Trenčín

The consulting company Amrop Slovakia continues to organize expert meeting discussions of a series Coffee time with Amrop since December 2011, which has been bringing together invited guests as members of the boards and senior management, CEOs, HR managers and entrepreneurs to have a common discussion with the partners from Amrop and drink a cup of coffee alongside. This year's string of meetings began on March 23 with return to the theme Talent Dynamics that Amrop introduced as a new program in always innovated portfolio almost exactly a year ago. The main guest of the meeting was Martin Hypký, General Manager of TOMRA Sorting, world leader in separation technology. The discussion leader at this event was Andrea Vadkerti, a worldwide license Talent Dynamics consultant. The partner of spring meeting series of Coffee time with Amrop was hotel Elizabeth in Trenčín.

EPPP´s experts in the project for the World Bank and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development

Advisory and analytical institute European Public Policy Partnership (EPPP) by means of its experts joined the research team in continuing project lead by the consulting company Jenewein Group and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in cooperation with the World Bank and the Islamic Development Bank. Experts participate on analysis of the regulatory environment in public procurement and its practical application in Albania. EPPP experts took a part in February 2016 at an expert mission in Tirana to assess the implementation of the contracting, control and quality assurance mechanisms in public procurement, financial management and in contract management. The team of experts through structured questionnaires and personal meetings with representatives of Albanian government representatives and implementing agencies supported the preparation of a final report on the state of application of the principles in public procurement in Albania. Project activities will be completed in June 2016.

After last year's successful meetings in Vrakúň and in Malá Ida The Family Business Practice of Amrop Slovakia and the company RSM TACOMA Family Office organized the third professional seminar with the unchanged name ...almost a family gathering with the focus on family business on March 18, 2016. Both organizers welcomed almost thirty guests in nice restored mansion in Gbeľany and they created optimal conditions for exchange of the expertise and personal experience of owners (and their successors in many cases) of family business that achieved remarkable success in Slovakia. Professional program traditionally included topics such as the family property protection, family constitution and family relations and the establishment and management of family holding. Mario Fondati, Partner of Amrop talked about succession, respectively the identification and education of possible successor and the setting of relation between the owner and the external manager. In free discussion and follow-up interviews the guests appreciated the timeliness and attractively of topics and in many cases they continued the discussion on specific and individual solutions. The success of the event and the positive effect on satisfaction of guests had also excellent cuisine and pleasant environment.

Radio_Head Award for CD Thesaurus of Jewish Music

On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of revitalization of the Czech-Slovak-Israeli international relations the consulting company Jenewein Group as a member of the Israeli Chamber of Commerce in the Slovak Republic supported the CD edition of Solamente Naturali called Thesaurus of Jewish Music. In this exceptional project the musicians selected songs from the largest collection of Jewish music. The uniqueness of the project highlights the fact that it offers a picture of the music unaffected the neo-klezmer tradition therefore return to pre-20th century. We contributed to the propagation of Jewish musical culture consisting of a tangle of mystical practices relating to all aspects of Jewish society (religious, political, mystical and philosophical). The joy for us was not only the support of CD edition but also the information that this CD was declared the winner in the category of World Music/Folk in the 8th annual set of music awards called Radio_Head Awards which took place in Stará tržnica in Bratislava on March 13, 2016.

Marika Gombitová, Jenewein Group and friends together again

At the end of the celebration of our 25th anniversary as well as fifteen years ago we prepared unforgettable and unrepeatable evening for our friends. Music icon Marika Gombitová did the unique atmosphere and pleasant artistic experience again. The joy from the event which took place on March 3, 2016 in Hotel DoubleTree by Hilton in Bratislava was much bigger because we and our guests could see and hear live performance of Marika after fifteen years. We are particularly pleased that Marika herself described the event of the 25th anniversary of Jenewein Group as very nice time in the company of Martin Krekáč and his friends. Mainly because of her the celebration of successful story of leadership advisory group got other dimension – it was not only intense artistic but more deeply experience. This experience was for three hundred guests certainly one of the best moments ever.

Jenewein Group obtained the Seal of reliability again

By the National Information Centre of the Slovak Republic the company Jenewein Group was again evaluated as "reliable partner in public procurement" for the year 2015. Based on this assessment the company obtained the Seal of reliability in the evaluation information system. As being declared as a hundred percent reliable partner, this is the confirmation of the high satisfaction of authorities and it points out on the seriousness and professionalism in accessing and processing in the implementation of all projects that Jenewein Group was involved in. More than 30 percent of evaluated companies from among 15 925 suppliers of public procurement received the Seal of reliability. This fact confirms the high quality of Jenewein Group and its prestigious position among companies operating on the Slovak market.
